We asked 41 patients from Redcar Primary Care Hospital and James Cook University Hospital about their experiences of appointments.

Summary

We asked patients from Redcar Primary Care and James Cook University Hospitals to give feedback on:

  • Reception / Registration and Waiting Rooms
  • Patient Exdperience
  • Hospital Staff
  • Areas for Improvement

Of the 41 people who were asked, 36 rated their experience as 'excellent' or 'very good'.
