World Diabetes Prevention Day - 14 November 2022
The programme is free to people at risk of Type 2 Diabetes and will help you to make lifestyle changes in a way that suits you. You will set realistic goals, eat healthier, increase your activity levels, and develop a positive mindset to succeed and sustain your ‘Healthier You’ journey.
Whilst it can be alarming to find out your risk level, the good news is that you can take steps to prevent Type 2 Diabetes.

The programme offers three ways to take part:
- Face to face group-based sessions provided by a trained coach.
- Digital app and personal Health Coach, with additional access to a support group.
- Remote access which includes adjusted content particularly for individuals with visual or hearing impairments, needing cultural and language adaptations, or women with previous gestational diabetes.
