This report highlights all of the work we have carried out so far.

It includes feedback from our menopause event, responses from consultation surveys and identifies improvements to support services that are required locally which would improve experiences.

Tees Valley Youthwatch were asked to provide feedback on a Document that was produced by Healthwatch Middlesbrough and Healthwatch Redcar and Cleveland, called “I need to see a Doctor!”

We are pleased to present Healthwatch Redcar and Cleveland's Annual Report for 2022/23.

'Waiting Well' is a regionwide programme that aims to support patients who are waiting for planned care such as knee and hip replacements.

We received feedback through our information and signposting service regarding Ravenscar Surgery which included suggestions for updates to the website and improvements to the patient experience.

As part of Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council’s Fair Cost to Care Exercise, we worked in collaboration to produce a survey.

A South Tees Focus

A look back at all of the key work we have done over the last 12 months across South Tees.

At the end of 2021, Healthwatch teams across the North East worked collaboratively to gain feedback from the general public about their experiences of local dentistry.

The Tees Valley Healthwatch Network worked together to co-design a survey with Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust (TEWV) which enabled us to gain an insight into people’s experiences of accessing mental health and well-being services.

In October 2020 we launched our GPs, Ongoing Treatments and Wellbeing survey.
